Great buying experience here! I had been looking for a new truck for a couple weeks and spotted one here, that they had just barely got in. I drove down on my lunch break and met with Senen who was very pleasant to work with. She let me test drive it and I fell in love with the truck. She got my info and everything and I went back to work and within an hour she had my APR and monthly payment. A few hours later I was driving my new-to-me truck home. They hadn’t had time to fix the front windshield yet because of how soon I was buying it but Alan (great guy), took care of it the very next day. Bought a 2017 Jeep last week and received a decent trade in for my Durango. Financing was smooth and the whole transaction was pretty painless. I did have a little bit of an issue getting a key fob that actually worked with the car features but they made it right and got me everything I needed and apologized for the miscommunication. Love my Jeep and happy with my experience!

Just bought our second car from Senen. She makes it easy and painless, and they always take care of us. Our first car needed some minor repairs, which they took care of within the first month (we had to wait for parts to come in), but our second one was perfect off the lot. I have challenged credit and had gone to several car lots in town, only to be embarrassed and ashamed because of my poor credit. Most car lots wanted a HUGE down payment. I had just come out of bankruptcy and didn t want another bad deal on a car that wasn't worth the money. I just showed up on Saturday, no appointment, and he listened to what I wanted and needed. He put me in the perfect vehicle that exceeded my expectations. I even got a follow up call from him, making sure I'm happy and to tell me that he's working on getting me a better interest rate than the one I agreed to pay. I took the bus there, and drove off of lot after about 2.5 hours. Oh did I mention that their detail guy spent 2 hours of that 2.5 making my Explorer extra beautiful.
